Summer can be one of the hardest seasons to stay consistent. Travel, family schedules, outdoor plans, and changing routines can make fitness feel easy to postpone. That is exactly why HFAC is building summer programming around structure, coaching, and community.
HFAC’s Small Group Training gives you a scheduled time, a coach, a plan, and a group that expects you to show up. Instead of guessing what to do or jumping into random workouts, you follow a coached program designed to help you build strength, improve conditioning, move better, and feel more confident week to week. HFAC’s incredible community creates a social fitness experience perfect for summer.
Pickleball brings another kind of consistency: social movement. It is active, fun, and community-centered. HFAC’s pickleball programming is intentionally structured with Coach & Play, clinics, open play, and coaching options so members can learn the game, improve skills, and stay connected without turning the gym into an unmanaged league environment.
Together, these programs give members more ways to stay on track. Some people need strength and accountability. Some need a sport they love. Some need both. That is the point of HFAC’s summer approach: make it easier to keep moving, even when your schedule changes.
Small Group Training is available in focused formats including core and pelvic floor strength, TRX, climbing strength, full-body strength, performance conditioning, weightlifting foundations, active aging, and youth sports performance. Pickleball Coach & Play Intermediate/Advanced is full, but members can join the waitlist. Try Intro/Intermediate on Tuesdays, watch for clinics, and ask about private or small-group coaching coming this summer.
