Strengthen your core, improve pelvic floor function, and move with confidence. Designed for women looking to build a stronger foundation for all other training.
TRX Strength & Stability
Mondays (Women Only) & Wednesdays @ 8:30am with Stefanie
Develop total-body strength, core control, and balance using TRX, weights, and intervals. Ideal for building strength without high-impact stress on joints.
Rock Climbing Strength Training
Tuesdays @ 6:15pm with Ty
Improve climbing technique while building upper and lower body strength in this unique program. Perfect for beginner to intermediate climbers ready to progress.
Studio Strength+
Wednesdays @ 6pm with Ty
Build strength, power, and endurance with coached, full-body training. Improve technique, move better, and get stronger in a program designed for all fitness levels.
Studio Boxing
Saturdays @ 9am with Iwona
Train with purpose through coached boxing rounds and strength intervals. Build endurance, relieve stress, and improve total-body fitness. No experience required.
Weightlifting Foundations
Sundays @ 10am with Ty
Gain strength and confidence in this progressive program focused on proper lifting technique. Gain confidence and improve performance in every workout. All levels welcome.
How HFAC Small Group Training Works:
- Train in a small group (4–6 participants)
- Follow a structured, ongoing program
- Receive coaching every session
- $25 per session, billed weekly
- Cancel anytime with 2 weeks’ notice
