HFAC Membership Types & Enrollment
ONE-TIME ENROLLMENT FEE
New Members pay a “Joining” or Enrollment Fee that may vary by promotion. When no promotion is selected, enrollment is $199 for an individual membership, $299 if a spouse or dependent children are added, and $399 for couple and dependent children.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT LENGTHS
HFAC Memberships roll into a Month-to-Month membership after the initial commitment period that you choose when joining. “Month-to-Month” membership means that cancelling requires just one full calendar month of written notice. Standard initial commitment periods are either 3-months or 12-months.
HFAC also offers limited Temporary Memberships and Guest Passes. Conditions apply.
SPONSORED MEMBERSHIPS
HFAC Members can sponsor – or pay monthly dues and/or added charges for – other members. This is a great option for employees, extended family, a nanny or caretaker, a best friend, or anyone you want to support with the gift of health! Please speak to a Membership Representative for more information.
MEMBERSHIP TYPES

- Individual: Must be age 18 or older.
- Individual And Spouse (Couple): This Membership is for two adults in a committed relationship and residing at the same address. Proof of shared residence may be required. Not intended for extended family or roommates.
- Add Dependent Children: Dependent children under age 23 can be added to either an Individual or Couple Membership.

HFAC is a parent and grandparent owned family business. We’re passionate about developing healthy levels of independence and an active lifestyle in kids of all ages. Membership privileges can differ for ages 0-8, ages 9-12 (Self Managers), and Ages 13-18 (Teen Fit Certified Members). Kids in the Club details can be found HERE.
Important Membership Requirements & Policies
- All HFAC promotions are subject to restrictions and limitations, and may be discontinued at any time. For full details of any offer, please contact the business via email to membership@hfac.com.
- You must have valid, government issued, photo ID with you to be set up as a Member or Guest. An Agreement must be signed by all parties age 18+, and on behalf of any minors, prior to using the facility. Member adults and minors must have a photo on file in the club software.
- Members have a club account for ancillary charges, such as personal training or pro shop.
- Membership requires automatic monthly payment via credit card or bank account.
