Studio Strength+
Wednesdays @ 6pm with Ty.
Improve overall fitness through strength, power, mobility, and metabolic conditioning work with a group that will become your fitness fam! Our expert coach adapts range of motion, tempo, and load so that all levels of fitness are welcome, and no two workouts are ever the same. Studio Strength+ includes a high-level focus on technique and proper mechanics, adding learning benefits that will last a lifetime.
TRX Training
Wednesdays at 8:30am with Stefanie.
Stefanie leads the group through regular resistance training exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability to promote healthy aging. The TRX Suspension Trainer is a unique, scientifically engineered performance training tool that leverages gravity and user’s body weight to perform hundreds of highly effective exercises. Learn more to use suspension training safely and effectively, and why the science behind suspension training makes it the perfect format for workouts that promote healthy aging.
Studio Boxing
Saturdays @ 9am with Iwona.
Boxing technique and interval training are integrated for workouts that are as fun as they are strengthening. All fitness levels are encouraged to join! No experience is required and there is no sparring. Just come ready to release stress, work your core, gain overall fitness, and feel like a champion!
Rock Climbing
Tuesdays @ 6:15pm with Ty.
Coach Ty uses HFAC’s rock wall and strength training equipment to take your climb and workout to the next level. A beginning to intermediate level class, improve climbing footwork and body position while also building upper and lower body strength.
Weightlifting Training
Sundays @ 10am with Ty.
Ty Holbrook, NASM CPT, leads this group for individuals looking to grow on the foundations of weightlifting techniques. This group will enhance your workout experience, teach you proper form, and how to lift weights safely and effectively.
