HFAC’s incredible Group Exercise Classes are included with Membership, unless otherwise noted. Our instructors are highly professional and experienced. You won’t find a more welcoming class culture or teaching better at adapting to different levels of fitness.
HFAC’s value-driven culture is reflected in the class options including:

Group Exercise Schedule
The HFAC Group Exercise schedule is adjusted monthly and has strategic updates quarterly to ensure the program reflects membership feedback and industry developments. Quarterly class launches, scheduled intro classes and other special HFAC events further community within a workout setting to maintain motivation and offer support. Almost all classes are designed to have options for every level of fitness within the same workout. Altogether, this HFAC approach keeps our members’ exercise routines fresh, fun and challenging long-term.
Class Descriptions
AQUA: Work your whole body with the natural resistance and buoyancy of water. This no-impact class promotes healthy joints and productive range of motion. Options for Shallow or Deep water, and use of foam dumb bells and noodles. Great for all fitness levels!
AQUA FUSION: This invigorating class blends the grace of yoga, the sculpting power of barre, and the intensity of interval training – all within the supportive and low-impact environment of the pool. You’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance your cardiovascular endurance with this unique aquatic experience.
AQUA STRIDE: Low-impact water exercise class that helps improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, and coordination. Participants perform jogging or running movements in the water, gaining the benefits of land-based running without placing stress on the joints. This is a “leg day” workout. Great for all fitness levels!
AQUA ZEN: Meditation and a fusion of various styles of aqua exercise blend together to ease stress and bring inner peace as we engage the mind, body, and essence. Flow your energy, let go of worries, and experience a restorative workout.
BARRE: This class is a combination of exercises inspired by ballet and other disciplines like Yoga and Pilates. High rep exercises with small range-of-motion movements will focus on isometric strength training with light hands weights, yoga straps, exercise balls. Improve your balance, strength, flexibility, and stronger stability through a stronger core!
BODYCOMBAT™: This martial-arts inspired no-contact workout trains your entire body while shredding calories. Punch and kick your way to a fitter body while relieving stress, improving coordination and training like a champ. Low-impact options available.
BODYPUMP™ : is a barbell workout suitable for every fitness level. Using light to moderate weights, participants perform high repetitions that burn calories, shape and tone the entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health.
CIRCUIT: HIIT & strength training come together in this high energy class! This class uses interval training sequences to build cardio fitness, muscular strength & endurance. All fitness levels are welcome, modifications will be given for all exercises. Join us in the gymnasium for an awesome workout!
CORE & MORE: Strengthen your center and go beyond! Core & More is a dynamic class focused on building a strong, stable core while incorporating total-body functional training. Expect a blend of core-focused exercises, balance work, and strength intervals using body weight and equipment. All fitness levels welcome modifications provided to meet your needs.
CYCLE: Take a ride on a Stages™ bike in our updated indoor cycle studio! Indoor cycling is a low-impact workout suitable for all fitness levels that can burn an average of 500 calories per class! New students arrive 10-minutes early to receive your Bike Fit from the instructor.
CYCLE STRENGTH: This combo class will rock your world! It provides cardiovascular training on the bike, plus off-the-bike strength work using dumbbells and resistance bands. Create a stronger, more balanced body that performs better both in and out of the studio!
FLOW YOGA: Get energized and feel rejuvenated in this active class! It blends various yoga styles into a powerful vinyasa, or ‘flow’, series. Work through breath-synchronized movements for flexibility, strength, muscle tone, and improved posture. All fitness levels welcome.
HATHA YOGA: Hatha Yoga is a gentle introduction to basic yoga postures (asanas) and stretches. All levels welcome.
HI/LO FITNESS: A traditional aerobic total-body conditioning workout, great for all levels.
HYDRO-FIT: A traditional aerobic total-body conditioning workout, great for all levels.
PILATES: Introducing a fresh twist on Pilates! This new LES MILLS® format combines the best of traditional Pilates with LES MILLS music, movement, and science. It’s great for improving posture, reducing stress, or building a strong foundation for fitness routines.
POWER YOGA: Power Yoga classes are a strong moving flow that cultivate balance, stability, flexibility and vigor. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the asana ebbs and flows between effort and ease. Modifications are offered for beginning and advanced students.
RESTORATIVE YOGA: A relaxing yoga class with a limited number of poses to allow release of deeply held tension and restoration of the nervous system. Poses are held with props for several minutes to facilitate relaxation and health. All levels welcome.
TAI CHI: Discover the benefits of this ancient form of martial arts! Non-competitive and self-paced, participants slowly flow through gentle movements that improve balance, agility, strength, and coordination. All fitness levels welcome.
YANG YIN YOGA: Yang Yin Yoga is the best of both worlds. The first half consists of a vigorous vinyasa flow, aimed at generating heat in the body (Yang). The second half is a full cool-down with long restorative stretches that work on the deeper tissues of the body (Yin). The class is accessible to all levels, ensuring accessibility, while offering options to challenge even the most athletic individuals.
YIN YOGA: Yoga poses are held for a long duration to allow stretching of the connective tissues of the body, increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. This is an all-levels class, appropriate for beginners and those new to yoga.
YOGA SCULPT: A unique combination of yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. It combines traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights. This workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted!
VINYASA YOGA: Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.
ZUMBA®: Zumba® is the exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired workout that combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Get a boost of energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class! All fitness levels welcome.
