This October, we’re delighted to invite you into a brand-new collection of 4-week small group training series. Each program is designed to be a sanctuary for growth—a place to build not only physical strength but also resilience, confidence, and a deeper sense of belonging.

Burn Bootcamp: Find Your Energy & Your Community
Starts October 16 | Thursdays, 6:30 – 7:30pm | Register
Ready to invigorate your routine? This energizing class combines cardio, strength, and agility work with tools like TRX, kettlebells, and rowers. It’s about more than a workout—it’s about building a stronger heart and a supportive community.

Men’s Strength 101: Build Your Foundation
Starts October 18 | Saturdays, 10:30 – 11:30am | Register
This men’s-only series is a supportive space to learn the fundamentals of strength. Focus on proper form, consistent progression, and how a strong body supports a healthy metabolism, bone density, and overall well-being.

Teen Strength 101: Build Confidence for a Lifetime
Starts October 18 | Saturdays, 11:30am – 12:30pm | Register
We’re passionate about helping the young people in our community build a positive relationship with fitness. This series introduces teens to weightlifting with a focus on safety, technique, and fun.
Perfect for: Young athletes and beginners (13+) looking to gain gym confidence in Hillsboro.
Women’s Strength 101: A Supportive Space to Build

We invite you to a ladies-only sanctuary where you can explore strength training at your own pace. Women’s Boxing Bootcamp: Strength & Mindfulness

We are so excited to offer this unique women’s-only retreat. This class blends the power of boxing with the mindful strength of TRX, Mat Pilates, and resistance training to promote both physical fitness and mental relaxation.
